Are free samples available?
Samples from our existing molds are free of charge. If a new mold is required, the cost is borne by the client. Express shipping costs are on the buyer's account via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Are you a factory? Can you export directly?
Yes, we are a manufacturing and trading company. We have full authority to export goods directly to international markets.
How do you control product quality?
We perform full inspections on the assembly line using professional machinery. Final products and packaging also undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment.
What are your payment and trade terms?
We support trade terms like FOB, CFR, and CIF. Payment is typically via L/C at sight or T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy).
What is the standard lead time for orders?
The delivery time is usually around 30-35 days for a 1X40'HQ container, depending on the season and specific order quantity.
Can we print our own brand on the products?
